Cone Crusher Parts
Columbia Steel has a long, successful history producing replacement mantles, liners, accessories and backing material. Our Product Engineers use an advanced computerized system to study liner wear, and to propose more effective designs?from our inventory, from our large collection of patterns, or as custom designs.
Liners for popular cone crushers.
We produce liners and mantles, usually in many styles, for all popular cone crushers. Standard, heavy duty, and custom. Columbia designs and manufactures its parts to the task. OEM liners are based on average conditions, and few crushers work under "average" conditions, which is why we have so many options available.
Matching liner and mantle.
Our engineers work to improve production throughout the liner life, and to arrive at even wear ratios between mantle and liner to minimize discard weight.
Premium Xtralloy® 24% manganese steel.
In many applications, Xtralloy® gives significantly longer life, and also reduces downtime and the expense of changeouts.

Straight, Full Curved, and Straight with Curved Ends.
We offer Straight, Curved and Straight with Curved End jaw plates. Selection depends on nip angle needed for the feed material, wear patterns, and product sizing.
Smooth and Toothed.
We offer Smooth and many different Toothed Styles, including Sharp and Round Tooth designs.
High and Anti-Slab Teeth.
These styles are effective in breaking sedimentary rock and in recycling road materials.
Toothed with Smooth End.
We can provide toothed jaws with filled Smooth Ends for extra wear resistance.
Standard and Xtralloy® premium alloys.
Jaws are available in our tough standard manganese steel and our long-wearing Xtralloy premium manganese steel.
Roll Crusher Parts
Columbia produces Standard Roll Shells, although most customers choose our Oversize and Heavy Center Roll Shells because of the their longer life and resistance to caving.
Oversize and heavy center Roll Shells are chosen for product sizing by many aggregate operations because their extra thickness stops "cupping" or "caving" in of the center section.
Smooth, Cleated and Corrugated surfaces are offered.
Our standard manganese steel offers toughness and wear resistance with good weldability. We also produce Side Plates.

We produce Hammers in One and Two-Piece styles, Grates, Breaker Blocks, Side Liners, Breaker Bar Sleeves, Rotor Hubs, Complete Rotor Assemblies, Top Cover Liners and Throat Collars.
