Columbia Steel has a long, successful history producing replacement mantles, bowl liners, accessories and backing material. Our Product Engineers use an advanced computerized system to study liner wear, and to propose more effective designs—from our inventory, from our large collection of patterns, or as custom designs.

Crusher parts: Liners for popular cone crushers. We have produced bowl liners and mantles, usually in many styles, for all popular cone crushers.

Standard, heavy duty, and custom. Columbia designs and manufactures its parts to the task. OEM liners are based on average conditions, and few crushers work under "average" conditions, which is why we have so many options available.

Matching bowl liner and mantle. Our engineers work to improve production throughout the liner life, and to arrive at even wear ratios between mantle and bowl liner to minimize discard weight.

Premium Xtralloy® manganese steel. In many applications, Xtralloy manganese steel gives significantly longer life, and also reduces downtime and the expense of changeouts.

IFOR liners handle occasional oversize. Columbia Increased Feed Opening Relief Bowl Liners feature reliefs near the feed opening. When occasional oversize material is a problem, they can increase production and reduce recirculated material.
