Coal Pulverizers. Columbia offers a growing list of items for popular MPS and El type coal pulverizers. Parts include wear tires, grinding rolls, wear track segments, grinding rings, grinding balls, housing units, roll brackets and many more accessory items.

Ash Crushers. We make items such as cam sectors, anvil plates, combing plates and side wear plates for popular ash crushers.

Engineering. Our product engineers have worked with power plant maintenance supervisors to identify areas of high wear and difficult part replacement, and have developed parts that install easier and last longer.

Alloys. Columbia's J-series proprietary high chromium alloy irons are fully heat treated in state-of-the-art furnaces with programmable controls to yield consistent properties and long wear life.

Machining. Our advanced new machining facility, Columbia Engineering Works, uses special machining routines and CNC equipped machinery to produce parts with more accurate mating and working surfaces. The result is easier installation and better balance.
